By day, I’m a mild-mannered IT Consultant. By night, I’m a code monkey that enjoys tinkering with bits of CSS, HTML, JavaScript and PHP.

Two of my favourite muses at the moment are Kohana and jQuery. Sadly, I don’t get enough time to play with them especially with a busy personal life filled with a wife, two kids and a dog.

My sites are generally provided to deserving causes and are rarely developed for money. I find that web development just doesn’t pay because most clients don’t understand how complex it is to design a good site. Clients understand what a good site is, they just want to pay bad prices for them.

For me, there are easier ways of making my monthly paychecks so it remains a hobby.
